Online, send it back for a refund within 14 days — there are no exclusions, and the return postage is yours if you have simply changed your mind. We do not do exchanges on online orders, because most pieces are one of one and there is usually nothing to exchange into. In the shop we will offer an exchange or a credit note as our own goodwill. Most of what is in at the moment is one size, cut to fit up to a 12, a 14, a 16 or an 18, and the trousers and a few of the knits run in small to large. Sizing varies from piece to piece, so every product page lists its own — and if you are between sizes it is worth coming in, because the fit differs more than a label suggests.
